What about cost?
You pay the same rate you'd find on the hotel's own website — not a dollar more. There's no service fee, no markup, no catch.
Here's how it works: online travel agencies like Expedia charge hotels commissions of 25% or more. Hotels would rather work with travel advisors like us — they pay us a smaller commission, and we bring guests who actually care about the property. The hotel saves money. We get paid by the hotel, not by you. And you get the same rate with better treatment.
Because of those direct relationships, your booking comes with perks you won't get booking online — things like room upgrades when available, complimentary breakfast for two, early check-in, late checkout, and sometimes a dining or spa credit.
